Although simple causes are impossible to fully isolate the trends of health in all species to specify the break down due to the synergistic increase in UV-B radiation.
For example, marine science has called into question "improved" UV-B in its disorienting effects on solar energy sensitive krill in the Antarctic. Increased UV-B interferes with the mobility and the reproduction of krill, actually undermine the foundations of the oceanic food chain. South Pole (where live krill) readings as high as 65.78 has been made (01/05/2001). When the UV index is over 9, UV-B is considered extreme.
